Train Obsessed Continued

Now this part of "train obsessed" is about Bachmann Thomas.  I'm thinking about making a railway, but I need the supplies.  I need a LOT of supplies including a model train Bachmann Thomas.  I like Bachmann better because every time I look at Hornby stuff I look at the reviews.  Every single time I see a review of Thomas and Friends there are at least one bad comment.  Sometimes every comment is bad.  Bachmann is better than any Hornby, in my opinion. 

I would like to make a really really really big layout.  To make a lake, first you need black paint. In your layout you are supposed to have layers of foam above the table.  Carve out the foam, but leave some on the bottom.  Paint black in the hole.  Then get some fake model train lake water.  Pour into the hole once your black paint has dried.  After that has dried you will be finished with the lake.

PS.  I would like to hear from anyone who has built model trains or layouts.
